Raj Khedun, the founder of Keep Fit Kingdom, is an enthusiast for all things wellness-related and has dedicated his life to helping others reach their own health and fitness goals. His responsibilities include researching, writing, and publishing information on a countless variety of health-related topics, as well as managing the company’s various social media platforms.
He has also contributed toward the creation of innovative breathing techniques designed to increase mental clarity and expand one’s capacity for overall wellness. Intrigued, I recently jumped at the chance to ask him some stimulating questions, so check this out…!
Q1. Raj, what is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
Working in an exciting field with literally no end to the study of anatomy, the human body, as well as health and fitness exercises, equipment, martial arts, supplements, etc. Working on Keep Fit Kingdom’s Tik Tok Livestreams and giving tips and advice has also added to the dynamic flow of understanding consumer needs around the subject of health and wellness.
Q2. What is the most challenging aspect of your job?
Keeping ahead of the vast changing vista of health trends!
Q3. Throughout your experience Raj, what do you consider to be the most important factor in maintaining exceptional overall health?
“If I could mention three factors, they would be (1) understanding the dynamics of the breath, (2) mindset, and (3) exercise & nutrition.”
Q4. What is the most common struggle people/clients seem to experience in regard to health & fitness?
“They don’t know what a human body is and how to use it! It’s tragic that it’s not taught in school. We are doing our part to open up the narrative completely on this subject. Too many people suffer for nothing and this has to change.”
Q5. What are your thoughts Raj, on “quick fixes” to health?
“Well, it depends on what the quick fix is and why it’s used. But overall, we tend to rather look at the causes of health issues rather than cover it up with a band-aid (unless it’s a wound of course)!”
Q6. How has the company evolved since its establishment in 2015?
“We are pleased to have been involved in the ground breaking development of the ‘7 Minutes 2 Bliss’ and the ‘3/3 Breathing Method’. We predict that breath regulation by rhythm, not by force, is the future of energy management for all people around the world. We still publish articles around health, fitness, and motivation, but if you cannot breathe, you cannot live. Hence the shift into wellness and mindset before purely mechanical exercises per se.”
Thank you to Raj Khedun for sharing his vast and thought-provoking insights on the health and wellness field!
