Fun Friday: How NOT to Workout!

We’re usually pretty serious about what we do, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. It’s Friday so we thought, time for a little fun! Has your gym training programme gone stale? Here are some unusual exercise variations care of Big Daws TV which may help shake things up a little. Check out his unique swiss ball exercise near the end of the video which shows you basically how NOT to workout -enjoy!
