All You Need to Know about Cycling!

The glorious summertime has finally arrived and it’s time to get your body into shape. One of the best ways to get toned up and fit is by cycling. Better circulation, improved muscle definition, and fat loss are some of the innumerable benefits you will experience when you cycle regularly. It’s a brilliant way to escape from stress too. So, check out this fun, easy-read infographic below for All You Need to Know About Cycling!

As great as it is for your body and mind, cycling is also beneficial for the environment with a zero-carbon tyreprint and very cost-effective. As a method of transport, it’s about twice the speed of walking; so if it takes you 10 minutes to walk to the store, it will take you 5 minutes by bike, 15 minutes to walk to your friend’s house, then 7 mins by bike, you get the idea. It’s the perfect way to explore new places, on and off the beaten track too while looking after your health. So do yourself, others and the world a favour, get on yer bike (and stay safe with the right helmet and lights of course)! Love cycling, what do you like most about it?
