Although they have less followers than the others, they’re becoming well known and are followed by the likes of Clean Eating Alice. This is the page ‘for women who like sweating, fitness and the odd nip of gin’ thanks to friends Charlotte and Emma. She represents LDNM, which is a fitness company with a program designed to get you lean in a matter of months. Safia is a lifestyle blogger and coach at the fitness membership company MoveGB. She also has an MA in journalism and has done a variety of freelance work in print, radio and online. After losing 14lbs a few years ago Safia got into health and fitness realising the most important thing about clean eating is nourishing your body.
