Another storming track from the nineties that had everyone on the dance floor! ‘Spread your wings and fly away’… this is a cool track to really push yourself on that cardio session, elevate your heart rate and add in the intervals for an extra push! You could develop an amazing legs routine to this too…think varied squat and lunge sequences…work those legs!

1992 was a good year for music, and not least due to this track…it is iconic! Everybody is free to feel good! Hasta La Vista Baby! Ideal for anyone that wants to rock up and sweat out! From the soundtrack of “Terminator 2″; the song kicks an awesome bass line, drums, and guitar…”You could be mine”, gets stuff done…whether you’re on a run, cycling, circuit training or HIIT-ing…crank up the intensity as the beat kicks in.
