1. Football

Soccer is one of the most cost-effective team sports to participate in. You will only require a good pair of soccer shoes and appropriate clothing. Most communities have their own soccer teams. 2. Cross Country

If you enjoy running, cross country may be the sport for you. While it is not officially a team sport, it does entail running with a large group of people. Cross-country teams are also available to join.

For this one, you’ll need a reasonable degree of fitness. It could, however, be an excellent competitive sport for you to pursue. Depending on how skilled you are, you may be able to travel around the country if you make it onto a team.

3. Basketball

5. Baseball

Finally, baseball is a low-cost team sport to consider. To get started, you’ll only need a few pieces of equipment. It’s possible that you’ll be able to borrow equipment from the class you enrol in. This is an excellent team sport for children. Younger children, on the other hand, are more likely to begin with T-ball before moving on to baseball.
