Everyday life has many motivational challenges weather it be graduating university, pursuing a career, starting a family, building a business, improving your relationships, dieting or other important facets. For many, even knowing how to achieve that goal, let alone being consistently motivated with it can be incredibly difficult. One individual who has consistently lived up to his own expectations is Arnold Schwarzenegger. Whilst most famous as the leading man in The Terminator movies, there’s no doubting the drive, dedication, and mentality he initially possessed as a bodybuilder winning the Mr Olympia seven times. As Arnold evolved, he worked out a conscious route to accomplish his goals; from being a world champion bodybuilder, a leading actor starring alongside the biggest names in Hollywood blockbusters to serving two terms as the Governor of California between 2003 and 2011.
In the video below Arnold Schwarzenegger gives a fascinating insight into how all goals are attainable if you have the vision, drive and mindset. Vision is the most important aspect here, with success being earned and attained through hard work, whilst being constantly energised by your vision.
Arnold always keeping himself busy, explains how he uses little victories as momentum to channel into wider and more ambitious goals. For ‘normal people’ it’s easy to justify that there is simply not enough time, and make other excuses, however, if you are smart with your time and create a sense of urgency, then you can begin to manifest that which you really believe in which then provides the fuel for even greater power of VISION, motivation and drive.
The message Arnold conveys in the video can be applied by anybody at any stage of life. The conscious decision and dedication to achieve is the biggest asset an individual can have and carries over into every aspect of life. So, ask yourself, what do you truly believe in? What are some of the goals you want to see fulfilled in your time on Earth and how will you apply the vision so you can see it through?
