1. Lion’s Mane “Crab” Cakes


  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cups chopped Lion’s Mane mushrooms, dehydrated
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 scallion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup of flour or breadcrumbs (optionally gluten free)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


Combine the egg, mayonnaise, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl and whisk. Then put it aside.

Mix the lion’s mane mushrooms, bell pepper, garlic, and scallions together in a separate bowl. Slowly add the flour or breadcrumbs, depending on what you have on hand. Combine the wet ingredients and the dry ingredients. You may now make up to six patties at once.

In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 2 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy on both sides. Garnish with a squeeze of lemon juice, then enjoy!

  • ½ cup of coffee

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups of almond milk
  • 1 ¼ cups of flour
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1/3 cup of Lion’s Mane extract


In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs and milk. Then, add the flour, butter, and lion’s mane extract in a steady flow.

Place the pan in a medium-high-heat oven. Firstly, add butter before pouring ½ cup of the pancake batter. Make sure that one side bubbles before flipping! Then, you’re ready to eat when both sides are golden brown. It’s best with fresh fruit toppings!

4. Lion’s Mane Mushroom Treats


  • 1 tsp of honey (ideally raw)
  • 1 tsp of butter
  • 1 cup Lion’s Mane mushroom, finely chopped


Melt the butter and honey in a pan over medium heat. Allow it to bubble. Add and stir in the Lion’s Mane mushrooms, then let it cook for 5 minutes – the mushrooms shouldn’t be watery. This earthy mushroom is given the perfect sweet-salty balance care of the butter and honey mixture.
