Raj is a fitness enthusiast that enjoys many sports including rowing, cycling, trekking, weight training and martial arts. He has a particular interest in anatomy and the differences in body mechanics that allow one person to excel in certain areas though not necessarily in another. He’s also fascinated by nutrition and the effect natural and supplemental ‘chemicals’ (ie, food) has on body and mind.
He thinks that life is short and (so long as one has a body) that it’s wise to take care of it, optimise it whilst safely exploring and going beyond one’s known limits.
We are a team of fitness enthusiasts with our fingers on the pulse of a wide range of sports and physical disciplines and are active in several sports including running, rowing, dancing, martial arts, parkour, cycling, gymnastics and weightlifting.
