Tim started on his fitness goals 7 years ago by jumping into the deep end trying his hand at weightlifting and learning what not to do as he progressed by trial and error. Now he has enough confidence to reach his ambitions without a personal trainer, but is always humble enough to ask for help. Tim has an ectomorphic body type with a fast metabolism which is often thought to be a blessing - in reality it isn't always! Not letting nature totally dictate the terms, he uses his own will to build himself up and likes to share his body sculpting experience and knowledge with others, ectomorph or otherwise!
