Turmeric has been hailed as a superfood for years, with pretty much everyone going wild over this little orange root. But why? Well, turmeric has many associated health benefits which make it a must-have in your daily diet. Banishing your bloating blues, turmeric is said to provide relief for IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), boost and facilitate smoother digestion and combat gas and bloating due to its main compound curcumin which helps produce bile.
