There is so much blatant untruth out there in the glossy magazines. Seek information from sound health and wellness directives and steer away from negative body image. Always research the best weight loss and exercise tips, and study your own physical constitution which is unique, self-knowledge = incredible power.

5. Fad diets set you up to fail and are costly!
Ask yourself what takes you toward your goal, and what takes you away from it? These are really quite simple points to define. Don’t set yourself up to fail; you and your body deserve better. Always value yourself and the journey to your goals; focus on positivity and building self esteem, choose to win!
