Bread, like pasta is one of my favourite foods to get creative with. A pumpkin sweet loaf is a delicious treat to grace your kitchen throughout the fall season and makes for a healthier choice when those sweet cravings start to kick in.

3. Breakfast Smoothies

It is incredibly tempting to run into your local coffee shop and grab a pumpkin spice latte as soon as Autumn hits. Unfortunately, with all that added sugar they are not very healthy.
