1. Raspberry Ice Cream

For this recipe you’ll need, bananas, raspberries, grated coconut and water. First you whisk or ‘blender’ the bananas until you get a nice even mixture. Then we mix that ‘dough’ with raspberry pieces and put it in the freezer. When it’s time to eat, simply place in a bowl or a cup and add a little grated coconut on top and you’re ready to enjoy!

2. Banana & Cocoa Ice Cream

For this, you only need very ripe bananas, some yogurt or fresh, whipped cheese (optional), pure cocoa powder and dark chocolate. Put all the ingredients and blend together until all thoroughly mixed. Then, add a few pieces of dark chocolate on top and freeze it. Ready to eat in 3-4 hours!

3. Pistachio Ice Cream

For this luxuriously delicious recipe you need natural peeled unsalted pistachios, dates and coconut water. Add the pitted pistachios and dates in a processor and blitz everything down, then add coconut water and continue grinding until everything is homogenized. Afterwards, simply add pistachio pieces and freeze. When you’re ready to eat, take it out of the freezer and let it stand for 15 minutes so that it softens – amazing and well worth the wait!

4. Strawberry & Vanilla Ice Cream

For this, you just need strawberries, lemon juice, a little vanilla essence and a few mint leaves. Blend all the ingredients together, and then freeze for 3 hours. Once frozen, take it out, stir it up a little and put a few pieces of strawberry on top along with the mint leaves – simply irresistible!

5. Yogurt & Blueberry Ice Cream
