Tae Bo workout with Billy Blanks!

How about this blast from the past!  Now you’ve probably heard of “Tae Bo” which is based on combining kicks or legwork “Tae” (from Taekwondo) and “Box” (from Boxing).

American martial artist Billy Blanks developed the system and it was one of the first cardio-boxing methods of training to become really popular and successful.

We really think it’s an excellent all-body workout. Billy is so in tune with what he’s teaching as he constantly talks the group and for sure anyone watching on through to motivational highs as the body can’t help but follow. Definitely recommended!
