Want some straightforward advice on how to lose belly fat forever? We get this question a lot and thought about an easy-to-relate way to explain it, no jargon, no nonsense just simple common sense tips that you can implement right away -today!

Elliot Hulse who specialises in weight and strength training advocates the following on his popular YouTube channel:

1. Cut out all drinks aside from water
And yes that includes Gatorade and vitamin water!

2. Eliminate all sugar and starchy carbohydrates from your diet
Paleo approach: no bread, rice, sugar, fruit to the minimum, eat LOTS of vegetables, and chicken, fish.

3. Walk every day for a full hour
Nothing fancy, just walk! Time yourself, listen to audiobooks -you can use Audible if you like- at the same time so you’re learning something new and keeping your brain sharp at the same time. Then you won’t even notice the time just fly by. If you can do it twice a day, you’re better off!

4. Weight train 2-3 times per week
Keep it simple; consisting of squats, deadlifts, pressing and core/midsection exercises. There are free programs you can try on Elliot’s channel, just pick one and do it. No need to over analyse the reps and sets.

Stick with this plan for 6 weeks, and you will see results. After 3 months you’ll be completely transformed!
